Meet Kelly
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and a member in good standing of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). With over 10 years of coaching and counselling experience, I provide a safe, trusting, and warm space for you to embark on your pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journey. Combining several modalities of therapy; including person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma informed practice, I will work with you to discover methods and tools that resonate with you. Whether you're thinking about starting a family, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or are in the middle of your parenting journey, you deserve to birth and parent with confidence and joy.
Kelly was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and continues to call it home. She is constantly being humbled by two young boys and is in a continuous state of learning and growth. A homebody at heart, you can usually find Kelly exploring the trails and parks nearby or sipping tea with her nose in a book.
