The Joyful Parent Workshop (online)

Parenting can be so hard sometimes with constantly being needed, middle of the night wake ups, limited time for yourself, and the ever changing needs of your growing child.  In this 2 hour workshop, learn wellness strategies you can implement immediately so you can reclaim your energy and get back to parenting with joy and excitement.
